Introducing Ayla Bombe, our Grade 1 natural-process gem from the heart of Sidama, Ethiopia! Grown at a lofty 2000 MASL near the lush slopes of Bombe Mountain, this coffee bursts with vibrant notes of dried berry, fresh stone fruit, and rich toffee, all wrapped in a tart acidity and fruit-forward sweetness that lingers beautifully on the palate.

Sourced from the Testi Ayla Washing Station—serving over 375 smallholder farmers cultivating heirloom Ethiopian varieties like Mikicho and Setami—this coffee is a true reflection of the region’s artisanal growing practices. With farms averaging just 2.5 hectares and no use of fertilizers or pesticides, each cherry is handpicked and naturally processed with care, then dried on raised beds to preserve its unique character.

Harvested between November and January, Ayla Bombe offers a sensory journey into Ethiopia’s legendary coffee heritage. Whether you’re chasing complexity in your morning brew or savoring a contemplative cup in the afternoon, this Sidama standout delivers a taste of tradition, terroir, and timeless craftsmanship.
